YOUR PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Your questions are personal. SHOULD I? is designed to work without an account and to keep your saved journey primarily on your own device.

Who operates SHOULD I?

SHOULD I? by Enigma Seer is operated by Lunora Studio Ltd. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the SHOULD I? mobile app or its web version.

What we process

  • Your questions and reading context: the question you type, selected category, Gate, tarot card, and limited contextual signals needed to generate a personalized reading.
  • A random app identifier: the app creates a device/app identifier so we can manage your three-day free journey, usage limits, and subscription access without requiring an account.
  • Timezone and usage records: used to apply the daily reading allowance correctly.
  • Security and rate-limit data: technical request information may be processed for abuse prevention. The service hashes client identifiers and IP-derived rate-limit keys before storing operational rate-limit records.
  • Subscription information: Apple and RevenueCat process purchase and entitlement information. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
  • Notification status: if you enable Daily Card reminders, iOS manages notification permission and the app stores your reminder preference locally.

How personalized readings are generated

Your question and the reading context are sent securely to our backend on Supabase and then to an AI service used to generate the personalized interpretation. The current AI request is configured with store: false. We do not use your tarot questions to build advertising profiles.

Please avoid entering passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information into a tarot question.

What stays on your device

Your reading history, saved reading results, reminder preference, and app-generated identifier are stored locally on your device. You can remove saved reading history at any time from Me → Clear History. Uninstalling the app also removes local app data managed by iOS.

Service providers

We use service providers only as needed to operate SHOULD I?, including:

  • Supabase for backend functions, quota records, and service infrastructure.
  • OpenAI for generation of personalized reading text.
  • RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management.
  • Apple for App Store billing and iOS notification permissions.
  • Netlify for delivery of the web version and public policy pages.

These providers may process technical information as part of normal service delivery and are expected to protect data in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy obligations.

How we use information

  • To generate the reading you request.
  • To remember readings and preferences on your device.
  • To enforce the three-day free journey and prevent abuse.
  • To verify and restore SHOULD I? Pro access.
  • To maintain security, reliability, and troubleshoot errors.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use third-party advertising networks in the app.

Retention and deletion

Local history remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the app. Server-side hashed identifiers, quota records, security records, and subscription-entitlement records are retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, enforce access, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

To request deletion of server-side data associated with your app identifier, use the Support page and include your Privacy ID below. Because SHOULD I? does not require an account, the Privacy ID helps us locate records that may be associated with your installation.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to correct, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information.

Children

SHOULD I? is intended for adults. Please do not use the app if you are under 18.
