Terms of Use
These terms keep the experience clear: SHOULD I? offers reflective guidance, while your real-life decisions remain yours.
Acceptance
By using SHOULD I?, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Reflection and entertainment only
SHOULD I? provides tarot-inspired, AI-assisted reflections intended for personal reflection and entertainment. Readings are not guaranteed predictions, factual verification of another person's private thoughts, or professional advice.
Do not rely on the app as a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional services. You remain responsible for your own choices and actions.
AI-generated content
Personalized interpretations may be generated with artificial intelligence using your question, selected category, Gate, and tarot card. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Use your judgment and verify important real-world information independently.
Free Journey
Eligible users may receive a three-day Free Journey with a limited number of new personalized question journeys each day. Unused readings do not roll over. Exploring additional Gates or an Another Possibility view within the same journey may be treated as part of that journey.
The Free Journey is not an auto-renewing subscription trial and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. You are charged only if you actively confirm a subscription purchase through Apple.
SHOULD I? Pro subscriptions
SHOULD I? Pro may be offered as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The price shown in the purchase interface and Apple's confirmation sheet is the price that applies to your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID after you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled according to Apple's subscription rules.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible access on a device signed in to the relevant Apple account.
- Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple's applicable App Store policies.
Your questions and conduct
You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not use SHOULD I? to submit unlawful content, threaten or harass others, attempt to exploit the service, reverse engineer access controls, interfere with usage limits, or use automated systems to overload the service.
Do not submit confidential information belonging to another person without permission.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee that a reading will be accurate, that an outcome will occur, or that the app will always be available without interruption. Tarot symbolism and generated interpretations are subjective by nature.
Intellectual property
The SHOULD I? name, visual design, Gate system, tarot artwork and presentation, software, text, branding, and other original app materials are owned by or licensed to Lunora Studio Ltd and may not be copied, resold, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, product improvement, or service operation. We may also change subscription offerings for future purchases, subject to Apple's rules and any rights that apply to existing subscribers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHOULD I?, Enigma Seer, and Lunora Studio Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance-based losses arising from decisions made using a reading. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how questions, device identifiers, subscriptions, and local reading history are handled.
Governing law
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be waived.
